At Navin Doman Theological College (NDTC), students are at the heart of our academic and spiritual family. College life is not only about theological education but also about building strong friendships, growing in faith, and participating in various ministry and co-curricular activities. Through classes, seminars, chapel worship, practical ministry, fellowship gatherings, and community service programs, students learn in a Christ-centered environment that supports their spiritual, academic, and personal growth. Whether students live on campus or commute from nearby areas, each student is an important member of the NDTC family. Through worship, prayer, discipleship, and practical ministry, the College prepares students to become faithful servants of Jesus Christ. They receive biblical knowledge, develop good character, and gain practical ministry experience so they can serve the Church and society with love, wisdom, integrity, and dedication.
NDTC Students' Association (NDTCSA) is the official student body of Navin Doman Theological College (NDTC). The Association is formed every academic year for a one-year term to promote unity, fellowship, leadership, and spiritual growth among students. It organizes various academic, spiritual, cultural, and social activities, encouraging students to develop leadership skills, teamwork, responsibility, and Christian character. Working closely with the College administration and faculty, the Association helps create a Christ-centered campus environment and prepares students for effective ministry and faithful service to the Church and society.

The Students' Music Team develops students' musical gifts by leading worship through singing and playing musical instruments. The team participates in chapel services, college events, outreach programs, and special celebrations, using music as a ministry to inspire worship and share the love of Christ.
Students' Self-Help Group (SHG) is a student-led financial support initiative at Navin Doman Theological College (NDTC). Students voluntarily contribute small savings to a common fund, which is managed by the group. Whenever a member faces a genuine financial need, he or she may borrow from this fund according to the group's rules. The SHG functions for a one-year term, with Third-Year and Final-Year students serving as the main office bearers. These leaders are elected annually by the students to ensure responsible management, transparency, and accountability. The SHG encourages students to develop the values of saving, financial discipline, mutual support, leadership, and teamwork while fostering a spirit of cooperation and self-reliance within the college community.
At Navin Doman Theological College (NDTC), students are encouraged to discover and develop their God-given talents through various Student Service Groups. These groups provide opportunities for students to use their skills in serving the college community while developing leadership, responsibility, teamwork, and practical life skills. Every student is encouraged to participate according to his or her abilities and interests, making campus life more active, organized, and service-oriented.
Students are entrusted with different responsibilities such as Electrician Team, Water Pump In-charge, Generator In-charge, Computer In-charge, Bicycle In-charge, Gardening Team, Mess In-charge, Bell In-charge, Main Gate Locker In-charge, and other campus service roles. By faithfully carrying out these duties, students contribute to the smooth functioning of the college while learning discipline, accountability, problem-solving, and servant leadership. These experiences prepare them for responsible Christian ministry and future leadership in the Church and society.
