IMPORTANT
The One-Month Intensive Ministry is one of the most significant practical ministry programs offered by Navin Doman Theological College (NDTC). Organized during the summer vacation, this program provides students with an excellent opportunity to apply their theological education in real-life ministry settings while gaining valuable hands-on experience in serving local churches and communities.
During this one-month period, students are assigned to different parishes, local churches, and mission fields, where they serve under the supervision and guidance of experienced pastors and church leaders. They actively participate in various ministry activities, including evangelism, pastoral ministry, Bible teaching, house visitation, prayer meetings, Sunday worship services, youth and children's ministries, discipleship, community outreach, and church administration.
The program enables students to experience the daily responsibilities and challenges of Christian ministry. Through regular interaction with church members and local communities, they learn to minister with compassion, humility, and spiritual maturity. They also gain practical experience in preaching the Word of God, counseling believers, organizing church activities, and serving people from different cultural and social backgrounds.
In addition to strengthening their ministerial skills, the One-Month Intensive Ministry nurtures students' spiritual growth by encouraging a life of prayer, dependence on God, teamwork, and servant leadership. It helps them develop confidence, responsibility, effective communication, and a deeper commitment to God's calling.
This ministry program serves as a bridge between classroom learning and practical Christian service, preparing students to become faithful pastors, missionaries, teachers, and Christian leaders. Through this intensive training, NDTC equips its students to serve the Church and society with biblical knowledge, compassionate hearts, and a lifelong commitment to the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
